Size

To ensure that your items are packed securely and safely, it's important that you choose just the right size box for your shipping needs.

Our small carton boxes, for example, are best for things like books and tools and heavy kitchen items specifically so that you are limited to how much can be packed inside a box. If you pack all of your books into a very large carton, for example, you might end up with a box that's difficult to move.

Small boxes are also ideal for smaller items like CD collections and videos because these, when packed into a smaller box, are also easier to unpack when they arrive at their destination.

You might choose a medium size box for things like toys and pots and pans, your various pantry items, as well as bathroom items. These items are not usually very heavy, so you can pack them into a medium-sized box, but you can likely get several items into a medium box.

Larger boxes are ideal for linens and clothes and some household items like lamps and décor items. Finally, the extra large cartons we offer are ideal for larger, bulkier items like linens, blankets and large furniture cushions. Again, these will be large and awkward, but won't be overly heavy as the items are individually not very heavy.
