Filing a Damage Claim

Our goal at London Removals is to provide you with a simple, successful moving experience from beginning to end.  In the rare event that something is damaged during the move, we will work with you to repair or replace your item to your satisfaction.  Maintaining our good reputation and high percentage of happy customers is important to us.

Damage claims must be filed in writing within 7 days of delivery, along with any photographic evidence.

London Removals provides the first $30,000 in insurance coverage to you at no charge.  If you require additional insurance, please contact us for our current rates. 

All claims will be processed according to the insurance company's guidelines. 

Exclusions:

London Removals will not assume responsibility for damage due to improper packing by the owner.
